As the Project and Communication Manager for FleetSupport (AutoBinck) I revitalized a struggling project focused on automating lease and project vehicle contracts. The initiative aimed to streamline processes from contract initiation to delivery, integrating digital mileage tracking, document management and contract renewal. Joining a challenging environment with missed deadlines and poor communication, I led the turnaround by implementing robust project management practices, overseeing Laravel-based development, and managing a PostgreSQL database migration. My efforts transformed the project into a reliable, efficient solution for fleet management.

My Responsibilities


  • Project Turnaround: Evaluated existing issues, restructured workflows, and established clear milestones to overcome delays and improve project alignment with business goals.
