As the sole developer and project manager of Camper Together, a rental platform for campervans inspired by models like Goboony, I am currently building a streamlined, user-centric solution with a competitive fixed monthly pricing model. Leveraging my expertise in Technical Computer Science, I am designing and developing the platform using FlutterFlow with custom Flutter code and a Firebase database, while conducting market research and creating intuitive designs to ensure market fit and user satisfaction.

My Responsibilities


  • Platform Conceptualization: Defined the platform’s vision, focusing on a cost-effective fixed monthly price model to differentiate from competitors and appeal to campervan renters.
  • Development: Actively developing the platform using FlutterFlow for rapid prototyping, logic building and custom Flutter code for tailored features, integrating a Firebase database for scalable data management and Algolia for search functionality.
  • Feature Implementation: Developing key functionalities, including user authentication and a custom date picker, to enhance user experience and booking efficiency.
  • Market Research: Conducting in-depth market analysis to identify user needs, pricing preferences, and competitive gaps, ensuring a targeted go-to-market strategy.
  • UI/UX Design: Creating intuitive, visually appealing designs using FlutterFlow’s design tools, prioritizing ease of use and accessibility. Chosen for two project files for App and Web, instead of responsive design.
  • Project Management: Solo project. Using Trello for debugging, testing and roadmapping.

  • Design: Leveraging Canva and FlutterFlow’s design capabilities for UI/UX prototyping and branding.

My solo efforts in ongoing development, design, and market research, grounded in my technical education, are delivering a scalable, user-focused solution poised to disrupt the campervan rental market.
